Tiger Eyes by Judy Blume - Ebook Only 1.99

I have to share this.  I grew up reading Judy Blume (didn't a lot of us!?).  My favorite book by her is Tiger Eyes.  I loved it growing up, and I loved it when I reread it just a bit ago.  Well right now the ebook version is only 1.99! So if you've been thinking about reading this book, now would be the time.

Here's links to it.

Barnes and Noble for Nook version
Amazon for Kindle version
My local indie bookstore for the Kobo version

About the book

Davey has never felt so alone in her life. Her father is dead—shot in a holdup—and now her mother is moving the family to New Mexico to try to recover.

Climbing in the Los Alamos canyon, Davey meets the mysterious Wolf, who can read Davey’s “sad eyes.” Wolf is the only person who seems to understand the rage and fear Davey feels.

Slowly, with Wolf’s help, Davey realizes that she must get on with her life. But when will she be ready to leave the past behind and move toward the future? Will she ever stop hurting?

To share as well - a movie was recently made based on the book.  It was directed by her son, so we can trust it's accuracy :)

  1. Although I did read some Judy Blume while growing up as well I never read this one. I did however watch the movie not that long ago since it popped up on Netflix. I really liked the movie a lot, but I of course can't compare it to the book. Funny enough the pink ranger from the Power Rangers (which I watched growing up) was the mom in the movie.

Anyway, I love your blog, it is super cute and I am also really enjoying the content. New Bloglovin follower! :)
