Not knowing what Alex was thinking was frustrating for me and I hated his "do what my brother says" attitude. And I thought the relationships were rushed but reasonably so.<br />That being said I thought the ending appropriate for the series and there was some added hope with the baby and everything.Andreahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01299610611688148134noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5883357040961628327.post-23429767615502159982010-08-12T09:53:37.710-05:002010-08-12T09:53:37.710-05:00This one didn't really do anything for me. I felt like all the things I really wanted to hear about didn't happen - I would have loved to read about them actually leaving the house and all the people they'd meet along the way. Too bad this one didn't turn out better.Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00007037401143598285noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5883357040961628327.post-81890898551611838052010-08-12T07:53:18.189-05:002010-08-12T07:53:18.189-05:00I was disappointed in this final installment as we...I was disappointed in this final installment as well. Really, neither character matured much. Miranda was still as self-centered and whiney despite nearly a year of surviving. Alex, whom I liked very much in TDATG, got stuck in macho-mode. And the older brother's paternalism really got to me. All this and the other plot elements that I just couldn't buy into left me cold. Too bad really.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
